Shaved Ice Restaurants near Freehold, NJ

“Love the location right on Main Street. Plenty of outdoor seating and it's nice to walk around Freehold with a cold treat. The custard is rich and creamy, and the Italian ice has real fruit flavor. I got a gelati (custard layered with ice) and it hit the spot.

Only complaint is they were out of a few flavors when I went, which seems to happen often at this location. Also a bit pricey for what you get.

Still a solid spot for dessert on a warm night.“

I remember when the sample spoon was bigger but now we got shrinkflation!! And seriously?? They charge for empty cups?? Give me a break!! But hey, the staff were very nice and the food was great so they’ve got me as a customer!!“

“I have always gone to Rita's in Howell. I stopped by today and had to return the custard. It taste terrible. I was told the owner changed to a different product. The owner needs to to stop wanting to save money on a different product. Bring back the correct Rita's custard recipe. you are going to lose business.“
