Awesome vibes. Great food. Gua Boa was really solid and flavorful. Tonkatsu Don + Curry was pretty damn good if you're aiming at authentic. Gotta offer a full tonkatsu curry to become the absolute G.O.A.T. in the area. Can't wait to come back with more people!
Every time we’ve been to Soho Ramen the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The service is always friendly and consistent, and the food never disappoints. My absolute favorite is the salmon ramen it’s so flavorful and comforting. My husband, sister, I also always get the boba because it’s honestly amazing every time.

Both times there were few customers and from the outside we might have thought they were closed… don’t be fooled and miss out. Soho Ramen deserves to become a staple of downtown Freehold.
