More than 30 min waiting just for one tea. My croissant got all cold.

Very poor experience at the Freehold raceway mall. After waiting for 20 min, those of us in the line were told it will take another 30 minutes to get served. Seems like all kids of school age working. Random people hanging by the door and non employees enter the serving area behind the counter and grabbing stuff.

You wait 10-15 minutes in line to then wait 15-20 minutes for your coffee even when 4 people are working. Pro tip: They prioritize mobile orders so order ahead if you’re not wanting to spend 45 minutes to get a coffee.

Oh and they are also frequently sold out of things.

Their hours show they close at 8, but I went at 7:40 and they were already closed — disappointing.

Coming from someone who use to work here, NOTHING has changed. If anything it’s gotten worse. Terrible customer service and filthy. Ordered at 10:09am and took them 30 minutes to make my drink which was placed with the mobile orders. If your that backed up shut down mobile to catch up. Shift manager should have caught that quickly.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait 40 something minutes for my order to be completed. After being ignored I asked if they even had my name in the back (which they didn’t) one of the employees made my drink without the milk substitution that I paid extra for with the absolute worst attitude ever! I understand if you’re busy and you just need extra time, it’s the attitude that did it for me.

waited 15 minutes for a tall hot coffee with no one else there and no one online. The staff was just on their phones, restocking cups and avoiding eye contact even after I asked where my drink was. Have had multiple problems here, the manager doesn’t seem to care so I’ll have to go to corporate. Save your money and get coffee before you go to the mall.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The biggest issue isn’t even the food, it’s the customer service. I could clearly hear staff speaking negatively about customers, loud enough for everyone to hear. On top of that, they handled the food carelessly, literally tossing items onto the tray without any regard. This is the condition in which my order was served. Extremely disappointing Starbucks do better.

At peak time this guy was running back and forth non-stop, making frappuccinos as fast as humanly possible. He was incredibly efficient and clearly dedicated to doing a great job.
He cared about getting every order out quickly and with quality. Employees like him are hard to find. Seriously, give this guy a raise!

Cold coffee not good service

Usually I'm very happy with their drinks and service. But why do they have to close 30 minutes early? They clearly do not like working here or helping customers. I understand closing ten minutes early but 30 minutes??? So unfair and ruined my whole night.
