Don't order from this location. Very rude and unprofessional staff at this location. Order served was missing a chicken chalupa and staff was not ready to check in the system and confirm if the order was correct. Had to repay to get the chalupa.

Got here at 11:30am to eat lunch before a movie (reported open time is 11am) and they turned me away because they “open in twenty minutes” so don’t expect them open at the same time as every single other place in the food court

While I was waiting to place my order, the associate looked at me and then tried to hide as if she didn’t see me after making eye contact. Another associate was sitting down staring at me. I tried to be polite and ask if they were open. She proceeded to stare at me and say nothing. Multiple people walked away after trying to order. 10 minutes later, after I got playa bowl instead, a third worker came out to take orders. I have never had someone stare at me while I was talking to them and say absolutely nothing back. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Worst experience ever. I ordered chicken nuggets for my daughter. It was really black. I complained. The man at cashier said that he couldn’t do anything. I paid $13.00 for burned food. I returned and didn’t get my money back. Definitely not returning at this location.

Ordered some veg tacos. I had clearly mentioned spicy potato taco and rice bean burrito . I also confirmed it's a veg order . However they ended up serving some meat taco . I had a bite and started feeling like vomiting. When I informed them, they dint even apologize. Don't go here if you are a vegetarian.

this location is great, they are very quick with orders, and the food is always very hot, and I go here all the time at the mall, and very friendly cashiers and staff

Opened my combo box and thought they put the wrong item in the box but the burrito they gave me is so small I thought it was a taco. I asked for a bean and rice burrito and it only had rice in it. Didn’t realize until I got home so I didn’t even bother going back. Do not recommend coming here and just drive to the other Taco Bell that’s 8 minutes away.

Ordered Grilled cheese fries steak, $6.40.It had 13 French fries. It came at .50 cents per fry. C'mon Taco Bell, I'm not saying to put more cheese or the so-called steak but put another 6-7 fries.

My family eats WAY too much Taco Bell and waited for years for one to open in Freehold. After about a year of waiting for them to work the kinks out of the new location, we're back to driving to the Howell location. There is LITTLE TO NO BLACK BEANS ADDED to each item that you order with black beans (instead of meat). My typical order is a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with black beans instead of meat. There is always waaaaay too much spicy ranch and almost NO black beans. Every single time. For a year. I tried switching it up and got a Crunch Wrap Supreme with black beans instead of meat and it was the same thing. Lots of fake cheese, no black beans. This location is a sad excuse for a Taco Bell. This is coming from someone who has never bothered to leave a bad review. The Howell location is great. The Neptune location is great. The Toms River location is great. The Freehold location is pathetic. Take the extra 12 minutes to drive to Howell. It will be worth it.
