I’ve been here a few times. It’s small Mexican restaurant in the borough with generous portions, and cheaply priced meals to fill you up. The people who own the restaurant are always so nice, it’s a tiny restaurant with only a few tables so we carry out when we go here. The food is bomb. $15 for the tacos and honestly, so worth it. Very dark restaurant, only had two people working at around 3pm on a Saturday. It’s not a place with table service, you order at the counter and then they bring it to your We ordered chicken tacos and carnita tacos. Complimentary tortilla chips with sauce came in the beginning. The chicken was super dry and the carnitas were very fatty. Though it came highly reviewed, Im going to look elsewhere next time for tacos.
Honestly, the best, authentic food in town. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Their Birria taco is to die for, and it’s the only foodie where I order flautas. Hope this helps.
