Similar to some other experiences. Service has definitely degraded over the years although several are quite good- I also had similar experience with the short girl behind the counter (attitude!). And the occasional "1/2 of the top bagel is missing on an egg sandwich ". Gave it 3 stars bc there are a few good staff that give good service w a smile and the food is usually good. But no longer a "must goto" bagel place anymore.

Bagels are good. But service is not. If you place an on line order check it before you leave. I’ve received incorrect orders and unless I want to drive 20 minutes back I’m out of luck.Maybe too busy to really care.

My daughter moved to freehold about four years ago, and this place is definitely our go to for bagels and sandwiches. I took my grandson there this morning to get a bagel and chicken salad. I inadvertently received egg salad. I called and they were more than accommodating, giving me several options to make this correct. I stated I would come and get the correct item, when I arrived not only did they have the correct item ready they offered me any bagels I wanted to take home. Customer Service, outstanding, thank you Terrace bagels.!!!

Crazy Crazy line just to get three bagels. With all the sandwich orders there needs to be an area for just just bagelsReply. It is called staff management No need for a 10 min wait on line for 3 bagels Know your customers and watch how many look at the lines and leave
