So this shop has a habit of placing 5 inches of cream cheese on their bagels. Several times now when asked to go a bit lighter on the cream cheese, they place less than a sliver. Can we find a happy medium? I don’t want to bite into the bagel and have all the cream cheese come out, but I also want to be able to taste the cream cheese on a bagel. I viisted Terrace Bagels & Cafe for an early morning Breakfast. Our regular server was likely out of town and we had our order taken by a new server. We felt she wasn't attentive as she didn't respond when we greeted her good morning and she messed up our Bagel order as well. The Everyday Bagel wasn't well toasted and the French toast Bagel had an excessive spread of butter which I had to then remove with a paper napkin.

My daughter moved to freehold about four years ago, and this place is definitely our go to for bagels and sandwiches. I took my grandson there this morning to get a bagel and chicken salad. I inadvertently received egg salad. I called and they were more than accommodating, giving me several options to make this correct.
