We attended a Mother’s Day Brunch and it was impeccable. Our server Jillian was top notch. Food was fantastic. Service was on point. Looking forward to their many events and next year!
The decor was beautiful, however I was disappointed by the service. Waiter was awful, music was deafening, the drink order was wrong & the food took forever to come out and it was lukewarm at best.
Terrible service, waiter was indifferent and did not refill water or check on us. One of our orders was incorrect and there was no one to tell about it. My wife ordered a medium filet mignon. It came well done. Again there was no one to tell about it. We were also charged a mandatory 20% tip because we were 7 people. If given a choice I would have given a 5-10% tip even though I am usually very generous. Very very disappointed with the service and food.

The Bistro at iPlay America offers a great experience with delicious food and excellent service. Servers like Jillian, Jaylin, and Ourian are top notch, attentive, and pleasant, making guests feel extremely comfortable and taken care of. The food is fantastic, amazing, and comes out fast and perfectly timed. The menu has many different choices, and the atmosphere is very nice. Guests have enjoyed events like a Mother’s Day Brunch and a sonic brunch, which did not disappoint. The manager Karen also stops by to make sure everything is good. With a large party of 12, the server made sure all orders were correct. Many guests look forward to returning and requesting their server again.
