Overall, good place! Somewhat pricey, but amazing food! Sadly, they have been closed over the pandemic, hope they get back on their feet!!
Flamming Grill Buffet in Brick,NJ is open has sushi and other options. Sad this one closed.
0 stars... I have traveled the world and eaten sushi countless times from 500 dollar omakase to 15 dollar all you can eats. I also speak fluent Japanese. STEER CLEAR! This place is bad, I got very sick upon eating here. Fish is very very low quality. Food is disgusting and greasy. My friend and I found this meal almost impossible to pay for due to the absolutely atrocious meal that we ate. I could only stomach a few pieces and i am an AYCE record holder. For your sake find somewhere else. When Mizu 36 opens for indoor dining I cannot recommend that place enough.
Came here today at 3:30pm.. Doors were locked so I called of no course no one answered however, Voice-mail said it opens at 4pm today. So I Decided to go do a little food shopping and come back in a few. I came back at 4:20pm from Wegmans, However it was still closed ? Waited until 435 to which I then decided to leave. I UNDERSTAND ITS A PANDEMIC BUT STILL YOU DO NOT RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY, YOU LOST PAYING CUSTOMERS TODAY.. I PROVIDED PICTURES AS WELL...
I think they're closed for good. Went there and they were closed ?
nice people good service,
Came here for dinner with my family for my daughters birthday. You have to wait in a line for a worker to walk you around to the food and they put the food on your plate, which is fine unless your table is right by the line because there goes the social distancing...lol The one worker was kinda snippy with my mother in law because she was kinda undecided with what she wanted and she’s never been there so she doesn’t know what they have or where stuff is. Anyway, we came for the crab legs, well that is extra now, 23.00 a lb. To be honest that was the only reason we came. We will not come back. The food has changed a bit, not much flavor, it used to be great! Our bill will be 200+ With tip, so not worth 20.00 per person. :(
The place was okay. I just went today and the interior design was stunning. I loved that you had to wear a mask unless at the table. The food looked flavorful and appealing with a large variety. Unfortunately the food lacked flavor and quality. Only the sushi tasted god and different. It costs $20 per person and the other good food such as the variety of chicken was something you could find at other places.
Went here for the first time today. Very fresh, generous portions, great price. Definitely check this place out... I’m glad I did!
Food was delicious and great quality. Usually in buffet style they skip out on the quality but even their ice cream was very rich. It is no longer self serve, you will be asked to pick from a list of items and the server will bring you a plate. Great price 12.99 for lunch.
Restaurantji Recommends
The food is disgusting, no taste, very poor variety. Absolutely changed since last year, plus they charge $20 per person which is to much cause crab lags and other seafood is not included. I’m very disappointed.
I love this restaurant a lot. It has a unique mood. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is efficient and the stuff is courteous. The pay is fair. I definitely recommend.
To expensive 60 dollars for two people without self self serve
Friendly and delicious, good price. Feels good to be back
Restaurant also goes by the new name of Tokyo Shake Crab. Was craving crab and decided to try some of their new menu. I wasn't expecting it to be amazing but it was. 1 lb of crab with corn on the cob with spicy garlic butter sauce. It was cooked perfect and tasted amazing! Nice size crab legs too. Was messy but I didn't care about that. I couldn't stop licking my fingers. Nap time lol. Definitely will order again, no doubt.
