Absolutely. The best salad, the best food be freshest. The nicest people. I come all the way From New York just to eat here. And I have never, ever been disappointed. I've never had a salad pressure in my life. And this place has customers with me and my wife for life. The owner is super nice and so the employees we love this place

The woman put such a small amount of ingredients in my salad. Not even a half cup. When I asked for more lettuce and more than the teaspoon of cheese she told me she could charge me extra. I said never mind and did not buy. However, the white woman behind me she basically doubled everything in her salad. Double the portion of what she was trying to put in mine and charged her regular price. Very biased. Will never patronize this place again.

For a food court, this was one of the better and healthier options. I ordered a “make your salad” where you can choose your protein—I picked shrimp—along with four sides and the type of salad. While the lettuce wasn’t the freshest, the shrimp were quite large. I asked for the salad dressing on the side, and they were generous with the amount provided. The service was fine; the staff didn’t engage much but were polite.

So their salads are great BUT yhey charge ENTIRELY to much money almost 20 bucks!! They barely put any chicken in your salad and charge 2 dollars for the littlest punch of bacon!! ABSOLUTE FN RIP OFF. I will never go there again!

We bought salad picked out by kids. Costs 18+ dollars for 4 toppings. After all this asked for extra forks...the cashier is not happy. Kid drops one fork by mistake...and I asked for one more fork....at this point cashier is pissed and says...if this happens again I have to charge you extra!
No empathy....customer centric attitude and service are just eroding but, prices are sure sky rocketing!
Me and my coworker ate from this place today, me spending $21.35 on a salad and lemonade, the salad was HORRIBLE AND made me sick to my stomach literally I was throwing up and diarrhea immediately after eating half the salad. My coworker had the same experience with his salad. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salad place to anyone. Back to Salad Works I go, I never gotten sick eating from salad Works. I’m a very unhappy customer of turkey and salad ?????????????????????????
