I have nothing but good things to say about every aspect of Honey Moon. So many of my favorite treats I've ever had are from here. The owners and bakers, Nick and Beth, are amazingly talented and extremely kind. You can tell how much they care about their work and their customers. My personal favorites are the cinnamon rolls (unbeatable!), olive garlic focaccia, and the linzer tarts. It is virtually impossible to find a place that matches the quality and atmosphere of Honey Moon!
We make the pilgrimage from Lambertville to Honey Moon every weekend. Sure- the breads are out of this world and the pastries are so perfectly handled, but what really makes this place are the people who work there. Honeymoon Bakery is wonderful in every way! Today I had the most delectable cream puff! The pastry was melt in your mouth good,and the cream was so yummy! The quality and beautiful presentation of the pastries is a treat to the senses.The owner/baker is consistently friendly and kind,making this establishment a place I want to frequent often!
