LOVE Libby's! We moved to Pennsylvania from NY 5 years ago. I found Libby’s on our way home to Pa. The warm welcome we receive from Libby & her employees is so inviting & so are the chocolates. The chocolates are made on premises and they are so delicious. Libby also sells the old-fashioned candy that people in the 70s and 80s used to enjoy & still do! You can’t leave Libby’s without having a hot chocolate, so delicious! We drive 40 minutes to treat ourselves...read full review
