Went there last week and it was great. I met a friend for dinner and I will definitely be back. I had two black Manhattan cocktails which were superb. We shared the arugula salad which was delicious and fresh. I had their pasta special which was middle neck clams with fettuccine in a light broth and it was excellent. Even though it was a pasta dish it did not feel heavy at all. We shared the crème brûlée for dessert and that was delicious too! And our server was super nice!
Another great dinner at the tavern. Ordered take out and everything is just as good as if I were eating there. Ordered the salmon and it was cooked perfected. Everything was seasoned beautifully and the sauce complimented everything so well.
Another great meal at Tavern 519. We ordered the fish and chips special and the pork chop—everything was delicious, but the pork chop was hands down my favorite. Truly the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back for another one!
The service was excellent, and I really appreciated them accommodating my request to sit in the back near the kitchen, where it was a bit quieter. A wonderful experience all around.
