Disappointing experience. The manager was yelling from the back/kitchen which was unprofessional. There was some miscommunication about the reservation and ability to seat our party size but it could have been handled better. We ended up leaving. In addition, as an above knee amputee, the ramp also did not seem to have the appropriate slope (seemed steeper than recommended) and there's a big lip/step past the heavy door. Overall, I do not recommend.
Beware- this restaurant refuses to serve tap water. Instead they place bottles of water on your table. We thought the bottles were $2.50 each, but when the check came, they were $8 each. Ridiculous- $24 for 3 bottles of water. We were a table of nine people, and for the most part we were happy. We will NOT go back. Shame on you.
The food here was literally magical. Very authentic and portions were huge. It's very clean and decorated nicely. We reside 1.5 hours away and decided to try this place on a whim. We will be driving 1 5 hours for dinner at least once a month now without hesitation. The half chicken oreganata was outstanding!
