We decided to give Costellos one last shot after they moved from Smithville hoping the quality of food and customer service would be better and to no surprise it was worse. Everyone that works at the front is continually miserable and doesn’t seem to want to be there or even do their job which is literally customer service. we wanted a margarita pizza and it was not done properly and the staff was rude and wanted to charge us for mozzarella cheese when it was not visible on the original the basil was hard to find
will never go to that location again. I have been going to the Smithville location for 20 years and never bad food but this location was terrible and staff were very unprofessional.
Ordered a pizza and egg rolls an given a 65 min estimate delivery. It was a full hour past that estimated time and when called I was simply told it should be there any minute. No explanation no sorry just any minute which was an additional 15 min. I get delays and I get it if you were busy but at least own it and explain that to the customer. Food was delivered without a word extremely cold that we had to put it in the oven to cook again. Last time we order from this place again.
