Very Rude and unprofessional
Placed a mobile order for a regular cup of coffee twenty minutes ago. Still waiting. Meanwhile the employees are all yelling at each other behind the counter and the line doesn’t appear to have moved.
Lisa provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She was rude, dismissive, refused to help, cancelled order and refused to add cream on coffee.
Employees with this attitude hurt your business and drive customers away. Management seriously needs to address this behavior.”
