I just left and got my son the chocolate fudge cake. This cake was sitting behind an Oreo cake and the tag for the Oreo cake said $26. There was no tag for the Chocolate Fudge cake and my husband asked her if it was the same price and she said “Yes”. When checking out she said the total is $38.29. We paid and he let her know while handing the money that she had said it was the same price as the Oreo. My daughter was playing with my and it’s on video 🤣

I have been ordering my birthday cake from them for the past couple of years. I usually special order it with Monika, however she is on vacation this year. I picked up my cake and the girl who showed me during checkout barely showed me the cake but I did pick up later than usual so I just glanced at it and paid. The cake appeared fine other than the “Capricorn” written on it. Whoever wrote it did a terrible job, but I could live with it because Im an easy going person and more worried about taste. I eat a small slice of cake and the icing was the best part. The cake itself was moist but taste like red dye. I store the cake in the fridge on a leveled shelf until today. I open the box and the cake is completely discombobulated. I called the bakery immediately to let them know and the customer service was terrible. The first girl I spoke to had no clue what to say and just kept saying wow sorry. I heard whispering about the cake and them saying oh no then a woman jumped on the phone and was very passive aggressive. She said the icing will cause the cake to have issues (this was never disclosed prior to or I would have reconsidered order a red velvet cake). I offered to bring the cake back for them to see or send pictures. This woman had an “answer” for everything and her attitude was not nice at all. I understand no one is perfect and I wasn’t expecting that, but there may have been some solutions to this situation. This was not a case of me storing the cake wrong or anything of that nature. I live only 10 mins away and stored right away. This is not my first time purchasing a cake specifically from them. This was clearly a baking malfunction on their end. I can not continue to keep supporting this businesses quality of work when their customer service is as terrible as it is.

Very good cakes and cupcakes, however, spent over $25 for 6 red velvet cupcakes for a birthday a few days before Christmas. They were dry and stale. Nobody finished them. I should have brought them back. Not the first time cupcakes have been stale. Expected more at that price point.

Ordered a cake a month in advanced for my birthday. It looked beautiful but unfortunately the cake and icing were almost flavorless and the cake it self was stale. Paid 100 bucks for it. Customer service was very good though

4 years ago I gave this place five stars. The last few times I've been there I was so disappointed. Recently we got a piece of tiramisu which had zero taste. Then we got one of their mini cheesecakes when we got home it was an inch high. These used to be 3 in high I used to buy several of them when I entertained friends. All I can say is stay away this place just went downhill.

Tried to order a cake but was not helped and the counter person was clueless.

We were so happy with the design of this Birthday Cake from Luscious and Sweet. Chocolate Cake and Butter Cream Frosting was so yummy. We will be back.

Honestly, I was kind of disappointed. My expectations were higher. They were ok. I bought 7 of them, and some tasted as if they weren't fresh and been sitting a day or so. I also thought the cake part of the cupcakes would've been lighter.

Company box truck driver almost killed me.

Stopped here to grab a few cupcakes for a treat. All 4 were completely inedible. The cupcakes were super dry and lacked any flavor. The frostings, whipped, buttercream, and cream cheese all had a strange chemical like aftertaste. $5 for a pop🙄

Great product. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Haven't had a bad cupcake yet.

This is a great bakery. It is connected to a liquor store. The sweet treats are delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, and pleasant. They offer gluten free cupcakes vanilla, chocolate, and lemon so far. I have tried their regular cupcakes and gluten free cupcakes and they are so good. They offer cookies and cakes amongst other things. I recommend this bakery.
