Went back after 15 years, still good!
Haven’t been to this Applebee’s since like 2009 when I used to come here constantly. Figured I’d check it out again and see how much changed. Crazy thing is the bartender from back then still works there! We talked for a bit about the old days which was cool. Place looks pretty much the same. Food was solid. Got mozzarella sticks, spinach artichoke dip and boneless wings. Everything tasted good, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Wings were crispy and the dip was cheesy. Can’t complain about the portions either. If you want to save money go after 10pm, apps are half off. I always do this and you can eat cheap. Service was fine, didn’t wait long for anything. Good to know some places don’t change much. Will probably come back when I’m in the area.

My steak was overcooked they did. Replace it cdid come pout nmedium but over salted oh well first time i was disappointed.

Ordered to go. Love the idea that this business implemented that. Sadly these businesses go under because it seems they don’t want to invest into good people, good staff. I ordered a family meal tonight that was missing something. We called to let the restaurant know. The manager was rude and dismissive. Her solution to this was “so you want a refund?!” With an attitude. What kind of “leadership” is that? The proper response should have been an apology because even if we still get our food-we have to leave our dinner table to do it. It’s an inconvenience. We won’t be ordering from here anymore. It’s unfortunate that errors in staffing proper leadership leads to restaurant decline and the need for customers to travel to a further Applebees for a good experience. Staff, especially leadership should have a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in the hospitality business. I hope Applebees does better and invests into getting to know their people before placing them in such a significant position, because it really does make or break the show.

Both the outside and inside were less than clean. Trash littered the sidewalk outside and there was a dirty rag sitting on the podium at the entrance. There was also trash on the floor on the entryway carpet. The chicken breast o had was rubbery and with little flavor. The other diners were basically satisfied with their meals. The service was indifferent at best.

I came here for an early birthday celebration and had one of my favorite cheeseburgers and to my surprise when I set one foot in the establishment, I was greeted by a lovely and welcoming staff! Mia was my waitress and she complemented my Gorillaz T-Shirt lol 😂 We instantly clicked and she provided exceptional and lovely customer service! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stop by here and enjoy the delicious food and great selection of desserts! Thank you so much for everything! 😊
