Very cheap charge me for extra beef but was like normal order even the beef very cheap meat and looks so light advice look for better Chinese food

Horrible just Horrible. I ordered 38 dollars worth of food then the called say the delivery fee was 5 dollars extra. On top of that the food was nasty. 😡😡

They don't respect you and give you what you ordered,,, I don't eat pork I ordered plain rice with beef , chicken and shrimp egg rolls but they gave me pork with rice and pork egg rolls!!!!! Never again

Very bad customer service. I was making an order and before I could finish, the lady hung up the call. I tried to call again, but they didn't take the call after 5 minutes. And they charged me for the wrong items in my order without any possibility for a change.
They know my constant order. Although, one person will start saying it once he sees me but they know what I like?. Their food amazing and they are not cheap with portions❤

NEVER ordering from them again! The new female staff is mad disrespectful. They messed up our order. We've been a customer to them for years and never had any problems with our order until recently they've been messing up lately and don't wanna be accountable for their mistakes by being smart with us. We let it slide for the first time when they messed up before with our order and still took our money and left us with the jacked up food. But now here we go again but this time they got really disrespectful with us. The honey chicken wings sauce was all over the rice where you cannot even taste the pork fried rice when we first opened two containers of two orders of honey chicken wings with rice. Plus, the whole honey sauce when you open the bag was all over the containers and splattered in the bag which it was leaking all over our floor and almost burnt my hand because it was sill hot. Like who does that?! We called them right away after the delivery guy just dropped our food off. We were just stating the problem but one of the females had the audacity to get smart by saying "They just dropped your food off and now you wanna complain?" We're like excuse me we're not complaining, we've been a customer for years with them and never complained about anything until we stated the problem that day because they messed up the food and that's not fair that we paid for our food just for them to mess it up. Then we spoke with the manager which she told us to keep it but we weren't gonna get two refixed orders. We're like we spent over $40 for a family lunch which that's not fair because they messed up our food. Finally, they had no choice but to agree to sent out two refixed orders. They just sent only ONE refixed order while my sister had to eat the other messed up order. We have no problems with the delivery guy and he apologized which he shouldn't have to apologize because it wasn't his fault and we don't regret giving him a tip because he always been very nice and respectful to us. Only that delivery guy has a heart than that horrible staff. China one is not the same like it used to be, and the behavior is not fair to everyone. They don't like to take accountability because instead they wanna give nasty attitudes and not fix their mistakes. They just wanna take your money and give you any food that they know they gonna mess up as long as they're getting paid with our money. We're done being their customer and won't be hearing from us no more. My advice for other customers don't let them fool you with your orders because they'll try to get away with it if you don't speak up for yourself. It's your money and your rights.
Ordered from them a few times food was perfect every time. Chicken and Broccoli with White Rice is my favorite.
