Had a serious issue with the manager at the store several times this time was over a wake up wrap that I want a whole egg willing to pay the difference instead of getting half an egg the manager there does not like me and he told his employees not to give me the whole egg A shouting match went back-and-forth which it could have escalated to a worse matter, other customers got involved not knowing what was going on there was no need to take this further, especially if I was willing to pay for the whole egg. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this Manager, he’s been there maybe a year and a half. I’ve had two issues with him. I have been a loyal customer in that store for 15 years. My family’s been going there for the past 15 years. Also, we need to take this into a different route otherwise I will take this issue to my attorney my life was threatened. I am a 65 years old. I am not a kid to be involved with this just for having wanted to have a whole egg again this is not the first time I have had an issue with this manager, please look into this. This could have gone out of hand.

Last time I buy a drink from there. I found a long hair from the inside to the outside of my cup!! So disgusting!
This particular dunkin donuts seems to be managed by employees that are a little too young to give proper service and they are a little bit bumbling . Maybe its too cramped cause this is a very small dunkin donuts. There is parking but its rather steep so be aware especially in the winter months, but the products are consistent to other dunkin donuts as to be expected. the plus side is its right across from Dahnerts lake in Garfield so youre not far from a leisurely walk and relaxing atmosphere.

Really rude employee, I went about 25 minutes before they closed and one female employee, ignored me when I tried to say hello so I could order. Maybe she didn’t hear me but I know she saw me at the register while she was right in front of me. Another employee came over to take my order idk what his name was but he was very nice. And when we were checking our order she’s like “Are you leaving now ?” Rushing us out. Literally walking right behind us to lock the door. Why should we be rushed if they closed at 10pm and we walked in at 9:32pm ? The whole thing literally took maybe 3-4 min so we didn’t overstay our welcome. This is unacceptable.
