Associate wearing a sweatshirt that says “daddy’s princess” was more interested in her text conversation than working. I placed a mobile order, and she didn’t realize it had come in because she was distracted (this was ten minutes later). I had to pull her away from her phone by calling to her to get my item. She also had air pods in, so I had to repeat myself several times. Unprofessional is an understatement.
