I order from here yesterday and usually they put the empanada in a box but it was in a bag and soggy I got no sides I added sauce to my order and received no sauce they didn't have the soda I wanted. I'm just disappointed I just wanted what I paid for even tho they ran out of sides I could have gotten a discount or a side replacement and if I add sauce I want my sauces

I ordered a meal that was supposed to be 4 empanadas, 2 sauces and a drink. I asked for baked and they were all fried. 2 out of the 4 were not what I ordered. Their nutella banana empanada is NOT nutella..honestly tastes like the Hershey chocolate sauce that comes in a bottle. The 2 sauces did not come. And the drink was the wrong drink. But they sent French fries..that I did not ask for. One bite from each and they all went to the garbage. Very greasy and not tasty enough to ignore the grease.

BEWARE horrible customer service I ordered baked Empandas they sent super greasy fried ones and EUSEF the worker was extremely rude and didn’t want to give me a refund for the wrong order they sent me. They have done this twice to me without taking responsibility. Eusef was extremely rude and told me he wouldn’t give me a refund because I received Empandas even though it was the wrong order. I have a very sensitive stomach and have a very bad reaction to fried food and was not sensitiveto my issue at at all. The Empandas were so greasy that the grease was seeping through the bag. There is other places that will treat you better and you will get better quality. I would avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be treated unfairly and have extremely greasy empandas

Great empanada, but do yourself a favor and call first because I drove almost an hour specifically to get these empanadas and even though they were supposed to be open for an additional 3 hours, the door were locked. I will definitely not be returning. Huge disappointment because the food is delicious.

Customer service is terrible. Don’t expect a nice welcome or even a greeting. At all. Specifically the young dark skinned man who has been there the times I have gone. Very dry. No hospitality which is what you should expect at a place that sells latin food. Also if you’re working at an empanada place, which is Latino/Hispanic, it only makes sense you have workers who speak Spanish! Makes no sense. However; the empanadas are good but the vibe is negative.

The best part about empanada Mami's is there's no questions about what you're getting. You walk right in, all the empanadas are right there in your face raw waiting to be fried to order. For what most places will charge you for yesterday's empanadas, you can get a hand sized fresh one to go at any time from this lovely place. Recommend anything they do that's sofrito related

These were beyond delicious. “Did we just enter an alternate dimension of flavor?” Soooo good. I can’t understand why anyone would give this less than 5 stars. We’ve been trying a lot of empanadas places near NJ/NY and this by far is the best. And really great price. Amazing. Do yourself a favor and visit!!

The chicken empanadas are so delicious and just be mindful that it has cheese in it. The sauces they provided adds delight to my taste buds.

The sofrito doesn’t taste like sofrito. They also don’t tell you that the chicken empanadas have cheese. Please work on your menu. Over priced.
