I've included 5 stars for this place because this bread has been a staple in my life. Also, the problem may be only for me and a select few. Has anyone else noticed a difference in the taste of the bread. I'm not sure if it's the flour or the seeds but to us, the bread has a bitter after taste, almost like the taste of drinking a diet soda compared to regular. My wife an I have actually gotten headaches after eating it. I've called the bakery and inquired about it but the guy on the phone said everything is the same. I was wondering if maybe their suppliers have changed their sources on where they are buying the flour or the seeds. I even went as far as buying similar bread from 2 other reputable bakeries and found no problems, only the taste of fresh bread. I hope the Fragale family is reading this, so they can do their diligence finding out what's different.

For the past few times I've went to this place the customer service has worsened each time. Last time I went I bought a semolina and asked if they could give me a warm one, as I was going to walk home and didn't want it to be stale. But this one old man kept getting mad at me saying that he doesn't care.

Between my family and me we've been going to fragales Bakery for the past 45 50 years the bread is unbelievable especially the semolina the double seated when I go to the bakery I always have to break a piece of the corner and eat it on the way home ?
