I came into this ice cream shop yesterday with my kids, and we were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but the worker was so kind to my kids as well!! She was probably around 17, blonde. Don’t know her name. But we need more youth like this 😂🩷 working hard, it honestly makes me so happy to see that teens are still respectful and have a good attitude. We will definitely be back!

Today I was in the mood for ice cream. I wanted a special custom ice cream not just any ice cream but ROCKY ROAD ice cream. The person who would help me was Edgar. I told him what I wanted. He immediately cleared space on the icy cold panel and began to confidently assemble all the ingredients. He was so very courteous and kind. Now that I’ve had dinner I’m enjoying a few scoops of the carefully crafted ROCKY ROAD ice cream Edgar made just for me. If you’ve never been to the Garfield Creamery in Garfield, New Jersey you have to go and when you do please ask for Edgar. He’ll take very good care of fulfilling your ice cream request. Just delicious!!! 🍨

The ice cream was great but the dessert were delicious and very well made I order a lava cake and sizzling brownie and couldn’t decide which one tasted better. The service was also great and the place is very clean.

Our experience was not as good.The new employee to our favorite ice cream shop made a mistake, we tried to help her fix it and she gives us attitude as well as keeping the mistake adding that she served a small portion into a medium cup, leaving it almost empty. So disappointing…
Our problem was with how the employee behaved. Even tho we could tell she was new, that was not an excuse to be rude to a costumer.

This place WAS the best. It was real ice cream, unfortunately not anymore. I'm not sure if the owners changed, but my family and I visited yesterday and it was horrible. The taste are off, the ice cream was sticky and that delicious flavor that we grew accustom to was gone. Sorry to say I would not be returning to this location.

First It was a good experience , they have a good ice cream, the manger Liam helped me a lot to make my mind , and he let me try the new flavor it called Dubai chocolate ice cream it’s so good 100% recommend.
