Been coming to this place for years and this is the first time I’m having a problem. I ordered a bodega Burger and I found a hair in it and the guy didn’t even offer a discount or nonetheless even an apology . Not happy with the service today. I’m second guessing if I should come back.

Tiny place full of personality and love for what they do. It’s become one of my favorite burger joints, I dont come often but it’s the one I’ll think about when I crave a burger and a yummy shake. The fries are also so delish. Just 10/10, won’t be disappointed!

This place is great! The decor inside is super cool, and the service is awesome. The burgers were incredibly delicious, the hash brown is so good and the burger is tender. The shake are crazy sweet but delicious! I would definitely go back.

Cute little Burger place with a wonderful twist. It’s a small restaurant but that doesn’t even come into play because the food here is just mouth drooling. Small amount of menu options but I’m telling you it’s because each of their foods makes you not even want try the other ones. #addicting. The staff are also very friendly and polite give them props to that. Also I love that they stay open late. That’s a very good plus for me.

Straight to the point, this was one of the best burger joints I've ever been to.
Atmosphere: JAM Burger really emphasized their name in both the food and the setting of the restaurant. The smooth RnB in the background partnered with the simplistic wall decoration followed by an impressive album collage above your heads made me feel as if the food wasn't good - and it surely was spectacular but we will get into that later - I would enjoy just as much to stay there, order a shake and get some studying done. Not to say it is a coffee shop because it's not, but there was a comforting feeling to the entire place.
Food: The burgers were devine. True culinary masterpieces. I tasted and savored every bit of the Bodega burger I ordered. I also added some extra bacon on it - I do love extra protein - but the fact of the matter is I would order every single burger there if I could (and I will). I am not sure what the dynamic was, but I had the feeling that it was a husband and wife running the restaurant together, and you could feel the love and synergy that they have through the food.
Service: spectacular. I am not sure if I was speaking with the owner, but the man I was speaking with made me feel more like I was talking to a distant cousins catching up on old times by the grill rather than an exchange of goods and services. We had an enjoyable conversation about food (really, we were ranting on fake meat pretending to be real meat), and to my surprise, the food came out faster than our conversation lasted. The shakes (one strawberry shortcake and the other the JAM latte) were fresh and filling.
This was the first time I stepped into this spot, but it surely won't be the last. I hope for the best for JAM Burger. I will take all my family and relatives here if they ever visit me here in New Jersey.
