The place is very small so people are almost on top of each other. We asked if they could change us from table and they wouldn't saying that all tables were reserved but a while after they wanted us to move our a table more to the side to accommodate more people from another table which was not right nor fair after denying us our previous request. Also as soon as we said we weren't going order anything else for the moment they came and took our drinks without us finishing and brought us the bill so we could leave and turn the table. Just because we didn't want anything else because we were still working on what we had, didn't mean we were done. We spent a little more than $500 that night it was our first time there and believe me it will be our last. This was a birthday celebration for our friend and it did not end very well. It's sad because the music and atmosphere were good. They need to work more on customer service.

Despecho Room is a great place to have a wonderful time singing the best Latin music mostly from the 80s and 90s. Everyone in the place sings their heart out. Absolutely wonderful time. The downside to the place is that a lot of the drinks are overpriced and some of the dinner items are too.

When to celebrate a birthday with family. We had great time! We chose the Sunday's brunch menu, trully recomemded it for a large group. Drinks and food were really good. The host did a great job and we got tequila's shots on the house from the manager :)! Everyone loved the new theme of the restaurant. We will come back for sure!

She was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect, and her friendly, accommodating nature made us feel so welcomed.
