There is an older gentleman that I noticed was moving around Giving great customer service, seeing which customers needed the bathroom taking food to cars making sure everybody was serviced properly every McDonald’s needs A guy like this when I left, I asked for his name his name was Gregory.

Every time I stop here I hope the service is better than the last time. But nope. And again I'm asked to pull over and wait. Plus my order was wrong. No meat on my sac biscuit. Incorrect drink size. It's as if management here is never there or does not care.

11/22/25 @ 9pm . A clown exists in the kitchen again. My wife and mother in law asked me to get them a fish filet n fries each. Both NO TARTER Sauce. I was here with my 17 yr old daughter. My daughter ordered the 2 meals and we took the meals home. Both fish filets were piled on with tarter sauce on top of the fish and under the fish on the role. Clearly done as a joke. Like oh you dont like tarter sauce? Take this!!!!! Wife n mother in law were very hungry and then they saw this on each sandwich and both were ordered with no tarter sauce. A CLOWN IN THE KITCHEN. I HOPE YOU GET CAUGHT AND FIRED.

A very friendly Mcdonald's location that also serves full bags for fries. While in store, I saw an employee take pictures for a family dining there. A lady calling for orders to be picked up was friendly with positive energy. An older guy, maybe the manager?, was also very friendly. Everyone working there were engaging and professional. If Mcdonald's locations near where I live were more like this one in terms of food and service, I would've been more inclined to go to Mcdonald's

I had a good experience when I went last week. I went early because my children wanted a happy meal for lunch. The lady working at the front helped me out even though it was breakfast time and there was a couple minutes to lunch. Also, another female greeted us and it turned out. She was the owner of the restaurant that was very kind.
I don’t know what’s wrong with them. The fish fillet sandwich and three large fries took almost 15minutes and this is not the first time too many people inside using phone and customer waiting everyone on the reserve line that’s not fair. Owner should be checked out what’s going on see the camera. What your employee doing is your business? I’m not trying to teaching you how to run your business, butvery bad customer service from the shop not highly recommend this shop.
