Someone in there stole my card information. I did the drive through, they told me to move up to the next window and gave me my food and I had to ask where is my card at and that took them another 4 minutes just to give it to me. They take way too long when you order from the inside but when it's extremely late at night it's good. Not during the day though

Magic Show

Every time even the small order we have to wait for 1015 minutes management should be keeping an eye on it. Employees very comfortable and not doing their job and holding the line for no reason please keep an eye.

It could be a latte or a frappe, but I’ll be waiting there for over 27 minutes and they wouldn’t tell me whether machines are down or what but to wait over 27 minutes is a little ridiculous for them not to tell me something but then everybody else is getting their lattes and frappe’s as I’m waiting. And then to try and get my money back takes 2 to 4 days. It’s not the little girl with the black long hair who’s always at the register and going back-and-forth it’s not the manager, the light skinned, tall lady with the short brown hair, but it’s the little one light skinned with long wavy brown hair always in a pull back ponytail. I feel that she’s always canceling my orders and doesn’t care to tell me. Overall, this is not a bad McDonald’s, but my morning experiences within the last two months have been off

Why does this.mcdonalds always have you waitin the.parking.lot for food? Its a drive thru. Suppose to be able to pu ourfood at the next window. Idk its every time even when no one is in line.

They gave me fries with mold.. it was right on top too like how did they not notice. I didn’t even see it until I got home , I was eating the fries without looking at them and I thought the aftertaste was weird and they didn’t taste fresh, no wonder ? when I first noticed it I broke it apart to see if I was crazy cause I was thinking it might just be burnt but nah never again

Honestly, very surprised. Possibly the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Went to grab a quick bite with my boyfriend and the young woman at the counter was delightful, polite and patient, secondly, the inside was very clean. Then my boyfriend accidentally threw out his cup, and they replaced it free of charge. I think this might be the only McDonald’s I visit from now on.

The owner Janice needs to train her employees better. I ordered breakfast through the app. Nowhere on the app says I need to pick it up before 11am. At 11:03am I am there to pick up my order and I am told it’s been cancelled. I look on the app and says it’s ready not cancelled. They said I have to pay again if want my original order. They were trying to hustle me for more money. JANICE was rude and was making excuses for her employees. She’s apparently the owner. Don’t bother with this McDonalds
