The atmosphere is typical along withe food - it's okay and decent for fast food. I did place a catering order for work and when I went yo pick it up, they had more than half in little to go cartons that leaked. They ran out of catering trays! Not only did the manager at this location not call me to ask idmf it was OK to put jn cartons, but not even an apology when I was upset. She should have went next door to buy trays if she forgot to order more. Really poor management at this location.

Beijing beef has no beef almost, all of it is corn starch. This isn’t good for your guts or health, disgusting.
Found few different salt crystal on my chicken also. Broccoli is old, yellow flowered broccoli it’s bitter and tasteless.
This would have been my last time ordering from Panda expresss. I am also thinking about suing Panda Express in Beijing beef item, there is 5 % beef 95% corn starch.

Review: Zero Stars for Health & Safety Violations I have been a long-time customer of Panda Express @ Garfield location, but what I witnessed today at 6:30 PM was absolutely stomach-turning and unacceptable. I watched a young employee (Latino female) engage in a series of health code violations that are frankly dangerous. While wearing the same pair of gloves, she: • Handled cash at the register (which is notoriously filthy). • Removed a full, heavy bag of garbage and took it outside. • Returned and immediately began refilling the utensil compartment—without changing her gloves. • Took a rag and bucket to wipe down tables and literally picked up food remnants off the floor with those same gloves. • Walked back behind the food service counter to continue working without ever swapping them out. Gloves are meant to protect the food from germs, but in this case, they were used as a vehicle to spread bacteria from the trash and the floor onto the forks and spoons customers put in their mouths. It makes me wonder how long she had been wearing that same pair before I walked in. This points to a massive failure in management and basic food safety training. It is unsanitary, disgusting, and a massive health risk. I will not be returning to this location until I am certain the staff has been properly trained on cross-contamination protocols. The store manager needs to address this immediately.

First time to this location and Panda Express Food looked great minus the rice which didn’t looked like fried rice.I bought a 3 entree and a side of the so called fried rice. I also bought an extra entree with different ingredients and 2 egg rolls. The rice is not fried rice !! But a bland tasting boiled version with some veggies in it Not your traditional Chinese fried rice but a bad commercialize mess.I do not recommend it unless you like bland tasting rice. The entrees portions were fine.The service was slow and they looked understaffed. The Drinks 24oz fruit drinks weren’t bad at $3.30 each No handicap parking in front of business but a handicap sign was on narrow heavy door The place seemed crammed and loud I left the place with mixed messages and wondering if I’ll ever return About $40 for 2 people

Waited nearly 30 minutes just to be able to order food. Initially waited for one item to be ready and when that was finally ready two other things ran out. When they finally started preparing my order they were doing it in between preparing other people's orders despite me having already waiting as long as I did, the proportions were not very generous, some of the items were cold, there was no effort whatsoever to make up for the long wait time, not even a free drink. Terrible customer service and will not be returning.

I ordered through Uber Eats. I have never had a problem before but the driver gets there to pick up my order and messaged me saying that you have no fried food. I was offered a different option with no additional cost but I don't understand how a Chinese restaurant doesn't have a working fryer

I stopped by with my wife and kids for dinner. And we walk in and there are 4 women working and we still had to wait... and wait. Until she does her orders what she wants and when she was finally ready she had an attitude as in like hurry up we r busy. I changed my mind instantly and went to dynasty buffet. Wayyyyyy better service and more food options.
