And I know you guys mean good but you should put the donation on the screen and not continuously ask, just let the customer decide if they want to give or not just like when you solicit for a tips. Other than that y’all cool 8/10

I should have read the reviews before coming. As someone who used to work at Panda, I was upset with the service. I walked in and an employee was just standing in front of me talking to her manager. I had to say excuse me multiple times and finally said “can I order?” The manager was rude (no wonder the employees were rude) and the food was dry. Will not be coming back

I ordered the family meal in the store this evening. The staff was very nice. When I got home. I noticed that two items of my order were wrong. It w ant fault for not checking before leaving. I lived no where close by and was so annoyed when I was home. Hoping to eat and chill. I immediately called the store and Yarely was so so nice to me and asked if I would come in to pick up what was forgotten. I arrived much later in the night. I arrived and received such wonderful customer service. Jocely and Yarely were so kind and generous. They made my drive worth the trip. I’d you are served by Yarely and Jocely please thank them for their kindness. Being a server and working in customer service. Is a hard job. Be kind and thankful. You never know when you’ll need the favor returned.

Read an article about the new hot spicy orange chicken, one of my favorites. It caught my attention and I had to go and try them out. I have never tried Panda Express before. The app order was okay but I could not sign up for the rewards. Upon pickup, the food was cold. The taste was not a big deal. Would not return. ????
