I order ceser sald today clearly said no chicken when it delivered it had chicken on it. When i called who pickeD up phne so rude and hang up phone So rude NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN FOR DILIVERY!!! OR PICK UP. AFTER CALLING TO FIND OUT HOW LING IT WILL TAKE TO RESEND THE SALAD PHANG UP TH PHONE AGAIN.H AND ASK TO REFUND THE MONEY HE HUNG UP TO DELIVERE RIGHT ORDER HE SAID ANOTHER 25 MIN. wHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. i EVEN DON'T KNOW HE IS REFUNDING MY MONEY AND FOOD I ORDERED THEY WANT TI BACK TAKE YOUR FOOD AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY !!! I will make sure to tell my School staff not to order the food i called they hang up again

I have only ever had their cheese pizza and chicken wings. I discovered this place a little over a year ago. Pizza was very good and it became my go to spot. I would go out of my way to get it. The last few times pizza was not as good. My last order this weekend pizza was the worst tasting, chicken wings had thick skin with the fat underneath that is not appetizing. I'm not sure if the pizza maker has changed but I will looking for a new go to spot. 3 stars for previously great tasting and friendly staff

This is a review for the owners of this business, I bear no ill will for you and I genuinely hope you are successful and listen to this feedback.All in all I have been to your shop 3 times. The food has been tasty all three times. The experience waiting however, has been mixed every time. Your service has been mixed and lacking. The kitchen is too slow, especially for a pizza place that should be able to accommodate walk in orders without a significant wait.I had a good experience with the some of your employees this week, but the first impression I had was not great. I felt dismissed by a younger staff member who was on their phone.The most recent service I received was very good, I struck up a conversation with the chef working the pizza oven and was blown away with his passion for quality and friendliness. The gentleman working the counter greeted all the customers entering the store including me and was very helpful. These two guys are the only reason I would consider going back.I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a salad, at lunch on a weekday, I had asked this for to-go and at least one time I saw the kitchen completely empty after my order had been started. This is my third try with this shop and every time I have had the same complaint, although I kept it to myself the first two times.The only thing that tempered my dissatisfied experience was the friendly front of house staff who went into the kitchen to accelerate my poorly executed order. They offered me a complimentary drink on the the house which was very appreciated.This was my third time there and the third timethat the kitchen seemed unreasonably slow given the circumstances.To anyone reading this I would recommend ordering pizza from the counter and skipping the kitchen because they are quite slow. The pizza chef struck me as an asset and has a passion for quality.

ok so fair is fair. i left a 5 star review last time cause i got 5 star food. this time was a mixed bag. hot wings and zepoles were still fantastic. meatball parm was average. Chicken fingers were not good at all. Fries and garlic knots were good. Gyro was good as well. Delivery was prompt. Overall a decent experience, down from the 2 previous fantastic experiences. im a realist though. every pizzeria has great items and not so great items. after 3 orders i know whats what at this place. Pizza, wings, fries, gyros, and zepoles, im going here.

previous review was for linwood pizza. just went to the new pizza club in garfield. my wife had the spinach artichoke pizza. she loved it. she would rate it higher than five stars if she could. stop in and try it. well worth the time and money.
