Great pizza and always great customer service. Very clean establishment
I came in as a first time customer, and this older guy in a green shirt started yelling at everyone working there and some random customer, when I asked what it was about he just started to tell me to mind my own business, while I was trying to get my food. The people working there are nice and the food is amazing, but these workers dont seem to be the nicest people.

Very good food. They have a pizza called the wicked grandma which is phenomenal. Not to mention the penne vodka with grilled chicken is also very good. I definitely recommend Santonis

I've been a loyal customer at Santonis for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered the tortellini carbonara pasta, which tasted awful - it wasn't creamy and had a raw meat flavor. I called the restaurant to request a refund or exchange, but they were unwilling to accommodate me, despite my long history with the restaurant. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take action has lost them a customer.

You order food for pickup and it will definitely never be on time as they say they love that 10 to15 min and when you check ots really 20min+passed.
