I want to give a HUGE shout out to Mike and Smoker Guru - Bourbon BBQ Supply in Paterson, NJ for my new Yoder YS640s! The store is amazing. Super knowledgeable. Mike delivered the smoker to my house, answered all my questions, did the initial burn in, AND wouldn’t let me tip him even though he went over and above with customer service.
Simply Put this was the BEST experience from purchase to delivery every step was great and hassle free.
1 Mike answered ever question and did not try to over sell me on anything.
2 Always answered phone calls text or email quickly.
3 Delivered my Smokin Brothers PP36 on a Sunday in the rain and walked through the start up
