Baby Back Ribs - Full Rack
Back Ribs, trimmed, dry-rubbed, Hickory smoked for 3+ hours and slathered with our Delta BBQ Sauce (Wet). About 2.5 lb each. Feeds about 6 guests. We suggest ordering a 1/2 pint of homemade Delta BBQ Sauce.

I spoke with Mike from Smoker Guru and he was phenominal. Not only did he figure out a way to get it to me in two days but he also helped me get financing! Mike personally delivered the Grill the very next day and set it up himself! Turns out he is the owner and I have to say, one of the best customer service experiences...

I almost thought my mother had fried the chicken I ate for dinner tonight! Wow it was yummy. The smoked sausage is flavorful and super tender. I'm saving my cherry rice pudding for a midnight snack ���
