I ordered a box of Joe to carry to a meeting. I asked the young barrister about the number of cups in the supplements bag as I needed at least 12 for a meeting. She answered about 20. When I got to my meeting, I opened my supplements bag and discovered six cups! Up the creek without a paddle - very disappointed!

Coldest, oldest coffee. Greasy mushed up food. The service is awful, but it's because they have no leadership. Awful.

The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting me with smiles and quick, attentive service. I ordered a medium caramel iced latte, everything bagel with cream cheese, and 2 glaze donuts, all of which were prepared to perfection. The latte was smooth and flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness, and the donut was fresh, soft, and indulgent. Unlike to most dunkin’s, the bagel I had was soft and had the right amount of cream cheese. Also, I received my order within a timely manner. I would definitely go back to this dunkin.

My experience with this location is far worse than any of the other reviews below. Unlike those reviews, which seem to be based on a single bad encounter, my frustrations have been building over months of consistently terrible experiences. Let me be clear: this location has absolutely no regard for its employees, which is exactly why the service is as appalling as it is. They flat-out refuse to invest the necessary time and effort into properly training their staff, leaving employees clueless and unprepared. It’s a joke, really—a painful, frustrating joke.

Every time I come here, it’s the same chaotic scene: 10 staff members on duty, with half of them standing around like lost puppies, doing absolutely nothing useful. And don’t get me started on the evenings—two people working, one of them permanently glued to the phone at the register. Who’s running this circus? Upper management, that’s who, and they deserve every ounce of blame for the incompetence on display.

But the most infuriating aspect of this company is their absurd devotion to the outdated “customer is always right” mantra. Let me break it down for you: if a customer demands their order or a refund and gets exactly what they asked for, that should be the end of the story. Instead, it somehow spirals into a ridiculous corporate complaint, painting the poor representative as rude. Newsflash: being assertive and responsive isn’t rude—calling someone rude for doing their job is, and it’s disgusting.

It’s no wonder this place has a revolving door of employees. They hire people as favors for friends—people who clearly couldn’t handle a job if their lives depended on it. And the result? No leadership, no structure, and an unending cycle of bad service. Holding onto incompetent staff who constantly screw up only makes things worse, but apparently, this is the kind of mediocrity this company thrives on.

The only saving grace of this location is Alex. Alex is the rare gem in this mess of mediocrity—a dedicated, hardworking individual who actually cared about the customers and the team. He has an uncanny ability to remember customers’ orders and genuinely makes an effort to ensure the operation stayed afloat when everyone else was floundering. Alex is present when no one else was willing to show up, doing the work of several people just to keep things running. If there’s anyone this company should valued, it was him. To lose someone like Alex is proof that management has no idea what they’re doing and doesn’t deserve good employees.

Oh, and don’t think I’ve forgotten about mobile orders. If mobile orders are dragging service standards into the gutter, then here’s a revolutionary idea: set up a dedicated station with staff whose only job is to handle mobile orders. That way, customers who actually make the effort to walk in off the street won’t feel like they’re being punished for existing.

This location is a complete and utter disaster, and it’s beyond frustrating. It’s time for upper management to wake up and fix the mess they’ve created—or just close the doors for good.

Used to be good until new management came in. Now I have to cross my fingers and hope my food isn’t messed up when I order through the app…something that was never an issue before.

Im assuming he’s a manager, but i watched this be incredibly unsanitary. touching food, screens, clothing, with the same gloves. Being rude to customers saying he’s busy. I understand there is a rush but that’s the job, to be calm and get through it with great customer service. everyone seemed so frazzled and everything took so long. my coffees took over 10 mins and food even longer. I used to have the greatest experience a few years ago. I hope they can find great staff soon or hope this was just a bad day for the staff

I recommend

I know this Dunkin' and another one that is worth going to, the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is ? both this Dunkin', the marketing is great, you have chairs to gossip ? it's cozy; It has a good vibe. I love the portable cups, they sell them in bright colors at a good price.
I have no complaints about this place, I highly recommend it.
