I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience . Upon opening my order, I discovered that some items are missing . When I tried to address this issue with the staff, they completely ignored me.
The lack of attention and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and a satisfactory resolution. Instead, I felt dismissed and unvalued.

Got a frozen Carmel coffee, EXTRA Carmel. Tasted like water with a pump of coffee. No carmel. And was standing in line, with food and my keys in my hand and a lady walks up to me and says “ma’am we’re not allowed to vape in here”…:: I said I wasn’t vaping? Weirdos that can’t even make a coffee and harrass customers. And they’re donut was nasty

Rude employees called to talk to the manager and she tells me call back later and hangs up plus got a chai latte half cup is filled with foam and the sandwich is cold thankyou for making my day great!

I made it a mission to stop going here about two years ago after a blatant dispersant of a dairy allergy. That’a a story for another day. But today I was in a rush this was the closest Dunkin, and wow I’m just as disappointed. I tried ordering, order one item and the dude is rushing me to pull up to the window, despite saying I saying I wanted to order more, the dude was rude and snarky didn’t listen was just trying to rush orders. Again I’m in a rush today so I order my coffee (I never get cream and sugar for myself) so I ordered two pumpkin caramel coffee 1 cream and sugar 1 no cream or sugar just flavoring and black. To little surprise yet again they get the coffee wrong! I don’t have the time to go back so I’m just gonna buy an energy drink at work. Last time I had an issue they refused to fix the coffee with milk despite ordering almond milk and mentioning it was due to an allergy, so doubt I’ll ever go here again. I feel bad because after the last time the owner reached out and seemed like a very nice man, I guess he just has poor staff selection.

Donuts are good coffee is okay I love the breakfast sandwiches
Not one to usually complain, but the coffee was burnt and the 5 donuts were shoved in a bag so that they all rubbed off on each other. Also had to repeat the whole order again at the window. As for the churro, skip it.
