Perfect Birthday dinner. Except for the noise level from the bar area (private party) everything was 5 star. I would give Luke,our server, a 10 if possible.

Our first ever visit to this restaurant, and it was a very good first impression. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. The only “complaint” (minor), was that the background music didn't seem to fit with the atmosphere, and there was one table that was much louder than any of the surrounding tables.

The ChopHouse is perfect every time from the staff/servers to the amazingly crafted cocktails to the food; it is our preferred 'steakhouse' when that is our dinner vibe. Wonderful for 'private'/family dining and a very nice option for celebratory occasions. Way more of an inviting, upscale casual and energetic atmosphere than the 'stereotypic' steak house.

Ok here goes!!Now we drive an hour to get to this restaurant because we have loved it!! So we had a 7:00 reservation for 6 people and two of us got there at 7:14 around 720 we finally got water. We asked for bottled water and we ordered a bottle of wine actually two bottles of wine and a martini now it's 8:05. We still have nothing on the table, just water and bread no wine no drink no order taken so now I was getting annoyed. I called the Server over. I said listen what's going on? Oh we don't have that wine. You're gonna have to pick another wine pick another one another 15 minutes goes by now there's nothing still on the table and order was not taken comes back to the table. They don't have that bottle of wine. Still no still no martini. There were six of us five were drinking wine. One was drinking a martini I said listen get me a manager because this is not acceptable. I said we're sitting here. Almost an hour now with nothing but water and bread now five minutes. Goodbye a manager comes over Geoff with an attitude. OK can I help you? I said listen this is not acceptable. We are waiting here. It's almost an hour. We have nothing no drinks you have. We ordered two different bottles of wine and you don't have either one. I said that makes no sense. I'm sorry why have a wine list and he was so nonchalant about oh all right well, just let me let me find your server and ask him what's going on. He never came back to the table. Finally, the server comes over and says could you pick out another bottle on? We're gonna pick another bottle of wine, but we're gonna pay whatever bottle we pick is gonna be paid for the same price as the one we original order in my book!!! A good mgr would have at least comp a wine bottle!! Horrible manager! Should be fired for that experience! He charged us 100.00 a bottle instead of 128.00 which isn't a big deal!! Never offered us anything we had to ask!!!

The servers and food at this location is always amazing. Whether is intimate dinner, a family function, or a huge gathering they are always more than accommodating.  we absolutely love this place.
Our meal was delicious, as always. We tried the new hash brown side and it is a great addition to the menu. It is a little loud in there in case that is something you aren't fond of. Staff is great and attentive.

Service was incredible as always. It does get rather noisy in the back room along the lake, but we've gotten used it given our age. the quality of the food is as good as ever.

This was my 7th time dining here.. always looking guard to the Brussel sprouts.. I was highly disappointed this trip.. there were oily without the crisp and bland.. the cheesesteak spring rolls were dry sans rather tasteless.. the saving grace was the salmon which was cooked to perfection.... definitely saved the meal.. not sure if I'll return there after too many places to spend my hard earned coins
