Our server was Jennifer. She was so lovely. The food and drinks were delicious. She brought us complimentary champagne for my boyfriend's birthday. So sweet. Thank you Jennifer, you're awesome and personable!

I have been to the Chop House several times and have been impressed with the food, service and ambiance. However this time the food was terrible. My steak was at first well done, I ordered med rare. I was then served another and the quality was low. Very fatty. I eat ribeye all the time and expect a certain amount. However this was bad. The meat quality was low. I know the difference. My wife's meal was a special, 2 small filets and shrimp. The filets were fatty and grainy. This was our anniversary. Big disappointment.

Food is consistently excellent. Steaks cooked to perfection. Service attentive and they really pay attention to any details provided in your reservations, like if you're celebrating a special occasion. Small details make a big difference. Another awesome dining experience.

The food was amazing! We got the salmon (Oscar style) and the Kona crusted filet for our entrees as well as the burrata for an app. All of which were amazing, Jordan was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She gave us a mini crème brûléeand champagne to celebrate our anniversary. All around an amazing place with great staff and beautiful environment.

Food was awesome. Service was amazing. The valet took up most of the parking spots and no one was using it. This was unnecessary and annoying.

I'm a huge fan of steak house restaurants and I've been wanting to go to this restaurant for over two years. I don't live near the location, so when I finally had the chance to go I was so excited. We were a party of two on a Sunday evening. Firstly, I want to say the place is beautiful and the ambience is lovely. The restaurant was not crowded at all. It was actually pretty empty. There was no wait for our table. We sat in the back near the water. Service was decent. I was completely underwhelmed with my meal. I got an 8 oz filet and mashed potatoes as well as a cesar salad to start. My steak had no flavor, like zero...so I needed to add salt and it was marbled with fat which I'm not a fan off I am also a well done girly (I know, I know...lol) but my steak was defiantly medium well. Filet is my favorite cut of meat and I was disappointed. My potatoes were decent tasting, but had more lumps than I would have liked. Cesar salad was ordinary but a decent portion. Enough for two possibly even three people as a starter to share. My companion ordered the buffalo shrimp with the sauce on the side well done and steak fries. When the shrimp came out the sauce was on them and we had to send them back. When the new order came out the shrimp were not well done. The waiter apologized however, I was surprised no manager came over to offer an apology. With fine dining I would expect this. It wasn't a bad experience, we just have no desire to return.

Our server was excellent. They have us a complimentary glass of champagne for my husbands birthday and then surprised him with a small dessert and candle. Food was excellent. We had a very nice time and would go back again.

The ChopHouse has been a favorite for upscale dining since it opened. The staff is pleasant, efficient, professional and accommodating in every role. The food is consistently excellent.

I went to the ChopHouse for the first time last night. It was a business dinner and I am really not a “ steak” person. Well, dining at this restaurant has shown me what I’ve been missing. Everything was excellent. I had the dry aged NY strip with a Kona rub and it was phenomenal. The seared crust on it was amazing and it was so delicious. It has made me a steak lover. I also had the opportunity to have the Brussels sprouts which were the best I’ve ever had. The truffle fries, mushrooms, blackened shrimp, creamed spinach and calamari ( which I don’t even like but was so good!) The portions of the apps and accompaniments were big enough that we could share between 6 people. Is it on the pricy side? Yes. But the portions were good and the food was excellent. I can’t wait to go back. The service was great as well.

My wife and I met at the ChopHouse 13 years ago and got married 9 months later. We always dine at the ChopHouse on our meeting and wedding anniversaries and special occasions. Last night's dining experience was great. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. The restaurant even threw in a complimentary glass of champagne for each of us to mark this special day.

We had a great dining experience and our waiter was very friendly and helpful suggesting different things to get. We will be back again.

A wonderful dinner made more special by our server Debra. She is a true professional! I honestly would have been happy to stop after the wedge salad and the many Armenian Flatbread crackers that I ate with butter. Main course and sides were delicious. Dessert (mine came with a candle for my birthday) was scrumptious! Definitely a great special occasion place and you can't beat the bar for a more casual experience.

I’ve been to the chop house many times over the years for special occasions as it’s a very pricey restaurant. That said I never minded paying the extra money as the quality of the food was and key word “was” amazing. Our waiter was amazing and the service at the front of the house was great. However the Kitchen fell very short on execution. I had Divers scallops that were not properly seared and looked like two of them were cut in half to stretch the ingredients which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. I also don’t believe they were fresh scallops as they also lacked the sweetness and proper sear and that golden brown that you usually get with what’s called a dry scallop. That said my one adult son ordered a top cut of meat and ordered it medium rare. It came out a touch under well done and the one thing I expect a very expensive steak house to get right us the temp on a quality piece of meat. I asked the waiter if he thought it was cooked right and he immediately sighed and said definitely not. He then rushed it back and then came out with another cut of meat and instead of it being mid rare it was completely rare any less it would have been raw. It had a hard sear. My son was frustrated and ate some of it and said he didn’t want to wait any longer for them to get it right. My daughter ordered the lobster mac and cheese and there was barely any lobster in it. I saw other recent reviews with similar complaints but didn’t believe it and thought maybe it was an isolated incident. At this point going out for my birthday I rather stay home and cook my own steak and other food as I can pick out better ingredients and cook a steak better with my eyes closed than this experience. I will not be returning. Also the patio area has a great view but it’s very noisy especially since your near an outside bar as well. I could barely hear my children trying to talk to me and that is what eating with family is all about. The company of friends and family. The only reason I have it two stars is because of the great wait staff and the beautiful building and view. Also ordered the Crème brûlée and it was also disappointing. It didn’t have enough sugar to get true hard candied top. Again even my kids can make a better one and they have. Also with tip it was 250 dollars no alcohol and one of the entrees was for my young daughter which was an appetizer.

Terrific meal at the Chop House! We had a table at the window - great view of the lake. Our waiter, Mike, was very attentive. Wonderful Bloody Mary's came with shrimp and bacon! We both had steak cooked to perfection. Relaxing and romantic night.
