Service has always been great- food is always great… I come 2x a week for the past couple of months and have a tutor session. Last couple weeks the air conditioning is not working, and it is beyond miserable inside. I can hardly think and all you hear is people saying- “why is it so hot?” “Wow it’s so hot”
I walked in at lunch rush, 11:30ish. I gave my custom order to the team member. Needed half sandwiches wrapped separately for multiple people. There were 12 orders in front of me and i was only there for 7 minutes. Panera has always been good but the Sterling location is extremely well run and efficient while maintaining excellent cleanliness, presentation and customer service! Kudos to the team there!!
The service of this place was absolutely wonderful! My food came out so fast and this one worker named Hunter was sooooo helpful! The menu was a little confusing and he helped me figure out what to eat. Later he made my order and made sure everything was excellent. It was almost like he was running the whole show! I would highly recommend going to eat at this Panera!
