I went to the drive-thru I just got a bacon cheeseburger when I got my sandwich there was no bacon I went inside and she gave me a bacon cheeseburger but it was cold... And it was right around lunch time it shouldn't have been like that

Darn good double whopper with cheese. Followed my picky eater instructions, too. And any fast food place where the Sprite doesn't taste too much like seltzer is good, in my eyes.

Doors are never open at 6:00 and I have multiple photos to prove it and they have me wait outside for sometimes over 20 minutes before they open the doors. Staff never arrive on time to open store and are rude in the mornings aside from the main manager who is respectful. Environment is lacking cleanliness as well. This has happened to me at least 20 times as this is my favorite place to go to after the gym every day. But this definitely needs to stop as this is extremely unprofessional, and it needs to be brought up in order to allow for a better environment. I hope this criticism is taken well.

I orded my food and they told me to come to the first windows, which they never complete transactions there since I've lived in New Jersey. I waited at the windows for over 7 minutes and saw no one. The driver behind me was able to get out his vehicle and smoke an entire cigarette and we still were waiting.
I left and took my business somewhere else.
