???BJ???I've awarded Monarch diner the prestigious golden BJ award. This award is only given to places I would feel comfortable recommending to friends. Everything is good here, not just diner food. We've been getting fancier entrees lately, some pasta, the specials... Whatever we get it's good. The service is usually great and I appreciate the owner or manager always checking in to make sure everything is correct.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and kids menus.
