I had a small balance on a gift card, and the young man at the drive-through without hesitation redeemed it . You may ask why the big deal. Lately, I have had issues with many merchants who don't want to be bothered with it even though I know the exact balance left. This employee was very kind and sweet, and I told him so. “Today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this CFA, I ordered a Kids Meal, Small Soup, bag of Ice and another drink. It took 1/2 hour for me to get my food. And, it’s not even busy(shocking, I know)! While, I’m sure the employee is new, he gave me an attitude because I called to tell them I had been waiting. I’m disappointed… it was the nonchalant attitude from the person who took the call to the server. 😞“
