I usually enjoy Playa Bowls at this location, but a few of the workers could improve their customer service. I recently ordered the wrong bowl by mistake and realized it as soon as they handed it to me. When I let them know, I noticed two employees in the back laughing, and I overall felt some attitude despite me trying to be nice and apologize for the mishap. While I normally don’t have issues here, I’ve also heard others mention issues with customer service from the workers....
On 5/31/25, I visited this establishment only to be extremely disappointed at the Tropical/Acrai Bowl that was prepared and presented to me. This was the skimpest Bowl I've ever received. The young lady who made the Bowl needs additional customer service training. I addressed my displeasure of how the Bowl was prepared. Her attitude was, oh well! That's what you are getting. Although she did not verbalize this, her body language and facial expression spoke loudly....
