Honestly, it was hard for me to give this four stars, because I freakin' love Primos. However, lately and after my most recent visit, I just couldn't give it five stars. The bread was hard, they never cut your hoagie anymore even when you request it, and I think they are giving you much less meat than before. Overall, still great, just noticing some decline in food and service.

PrimoHoagies in Glassboro offers a variety of delicious hoagies, with the chicken cheesesteak being a standout favorite. The staff provide excellent customer service, helping with choices and creating tasty sandwiches. The fresh, crisp bread and friendly, clean environment make for a great dining experience. This is one of the better franchises, with super nice and accommodating staff. The place is super clean and tidy. The food and service is like no other, with food coming excellent every time and nice offers. The atmosphere is so nice and welcoming. The General Manager Ross was amazing with good spirits and great customer service quality, and Ethan was amazing and phenomenal at greeting customers.
