This establishment would not of been too bad if it weren’t for the terrible attitudes of the employees. They aren’t the kindest or friendliest. My wings barely had any sauce of them, and were mostly bone.aswell as giving only one sauce per meal and end up paying an extra 50 cents for two more.

The employees here don’t always greet you kindly, the chicken and shrimp often enough comes too crispy and hard. On the bright side, they’re pretty quick with your order and rarely get it mixed up.

Like every typical Popeyes the service sucks. I order from them on GrubHub for pick up at 9pm. I get there 10 minutes early and they are closed and when I knock on the door. The employees tell me they're closed even tho I tell them I'm here to pick up my GrubHub order. They literally shut the door in my face. So I had to go back to GrubHub to refund my money. Wasted 20min driving here. Will never come here again after that encounter.

YO ! I went in here and I got the 2nd shift manager at the register. so I say Hello how are you doing today ? And the lady really sat there looked at me and ignored me and said what would u like to order and then my gf said the same question and then she gon look again and decide to answer…. Then she got smart with her employees and she talks to her employees like anything ! The lady who did my food was really nice. She had great customer service and all. The manager still at the register looking at her employee down. The manager is mad nasty and unprofessional and absolutely rude … the manager also was rushing for us to order. she also had the lady who gave us our order clean the grill while she had the white boy sitting down and the other ppl chillin…. She was giving this lady a hard time …. She absolutely should not be working if she gon have poor customer service and and treat her teammates like they anybody .. I’m disappointed. The guy helping seemed a little miserable. Maybe because he was doing drive-thru and front counter. The chicken sandwich was definitely not fresh, and the chicken was soggy, not crispy like it usually is.

Ordered a 10 piece family meal and got 8 dark pieces and 2 of the smallest chicken wings I have ever seen; very disappointed to get home to not be able to eat anything but sides I was expecting at least one breast; tell people if you don’t have something and give options I would have ordered a chicken sandwich if you had told me you had no breast; I would have ordered a chicken sandwich

Every single time I go to get mild tenders it's "not ready" and I have to wait 10 min when I went through the drive through. It also seems dis functional just by looking through the drive through window.

Every time I order more than one meal, there's something always missing. This Popeyes probably owes me $50+ in missing food. Raising Canes is coming soon to Glassboro and unless they start paying attention to people's order and what they put in the bag, they will be losing more than my business.Do better!
