Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I was really disappointed with my experience. This is the second time I've ordered a meal here and my sauces were forgotten. This time, I paid for three extra sauces, but they weren't included with my order. I drove back to the restaurant to get them, and even then I was only given two instead of the three I paid for. It's frustrating to have to make a second trip because my order wasn't checked correctly, and then still not receive everything. I hope the staff pays closer attention to orders in the future.

Food was not ready even though mobile order was placed 15 minutes earlier. When the food was placed on the pickup counter we were already seated waiting and they didn't call our name. When I checked back 15 minutes later the food was there - cold and soggy. The team refused to re-make it.

Food came out very fast, and the staff was nice enough to give my son some temporary tattoos and a balloon

First time having Cane's and let me tell you... amazing. The chicken, the toast, and that sauce?? Literally everything. And you already know I had to get the drink for that crushed ice. So fire.

Raising Cane's is always a treat and good to eat. Today I came in after a tiring day. The food was excellent, and the service was above and beyond when I forgot to take my card back. Kudos to the staff!!!

Avoid this location at all costs.
The food is constantly undercooked, they will give you barely any fries, that will be soggy and unsalted. The chicken will be soggy and they will put random things on your order, charge you for them and not offer you a refund and expect you to just take it. This has been consistent with anytime i have tried eating here. Avoid this location enless you are looking for a nightmare experience
