I just received my food after over an hour of waiting, but it was my fault. I ordered online and placed the ringer on loud, but the phone died and I dozed off, knowing I would hear the super loud ringer. I woke up (starving) an hour later and realized the phone had died and I had missed five calls and several text messages. I called the store and they were very busy, but the manager, Sue, was sympathetic and worked with the kitchen and the driver to make sure my order arrived...read full review
I love this place. But, I got broccoli pizza and they gave me it on regular when usually restaurants only give it on WHITE like a normal person OR ASK!!! Called back and they did nothing about it.. she told me she recognizes my voice and that last time I asked when I've never called before, my friend usually calls! Can't even enjoy my pizza because I am on a diet and don't like cheese pizza.........!

It's no longer varsity pizza grill. It's the shop pizzeria and grill. They're pizza is by far way better than the predecessor. And the wings are amazing I recommend the honey hot.
