Don't expect to get your security deposit back from this place, they will find any excuse to not refund it. In my case, I cleaned the hall up after the event and I left a few boxes on a table, I asked one of the staff members if I could collect the boxes the next morning since I only live down the road, they said 'sure' and then closed the door behind me at 11pm, the next morning I collected the boxes. A few days later I get a vague two line email that the GRAC board has decided to not refund the security deposit as I didn't clear the space on the same night, they advised that it didn't matter what their staff said to me, I should have followed the fine print on the contract. Apparently I affected the cleaning schedule the next morning, not sure how a few small boxes on a table would affect a cleaning schedule :-) I don't think there was anyone hired to clean up, when I received the hall, the floors and bar were sticky near the bar area and there was a bad smell from whatever had been dropped there. I tried to reason with these people about getting my security deposit back but they didn't care.

Great venue for parties, both indoors and outdoors. Patio and lawn games aplenty, great staff and the bar downstairs is great.

Very greedy people. Took $150 of my $200 deposit for a little confetti near trash and charged us after a member told us not to worry about the trash that we neatly stacked near the exit before we left. Chairs and tables put up. Total spent $775 for 5 hours for a club that offers nothing! No oven. No fridge. No ice. Nothing. $150 fee was way too much for the little confetti and trash that was bagged and ready plus the misinformation given by your memrber after a very long day. Not worth your money and I regret doing business with them.
