Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time I order from here there’s something missing from my order. I know you guys aren’t the brightest but at least act like you have some sense.

Probably the worst chipotle I have been to. The lady at the window doesnt speak English and when you say your name she comes back with something not even close. No steak 1 hour after opening and says you need to wait 20 minutes. And if you go during a delivery the driver blocks the drive thru pickup window forcing you to go in.

Horrible, they never restock anything past 8, always have trash work area, foods everywhere no one is cleaning the place. They never give the right portions and they never have chips . Dirtiest chipotle in the area.

The WORST chipotle ever. Every time I ordered pick up here it’s completely wrong. I got a salad today and they didn’t give me lettuce, wrong type of beans and I asked for 1/2 brisket 1/2 chicken and they gave me ZERO meat. Stop hiring dumb teenagers and give me my money back. This is the second time this happened. Can you read?

Never have a problem with them besides an hour before close. I came to get food at 10pm and they had no queso, chips, or chicken.. I've worked at pancheros before and we always made sure we had everything until at least 15 min before close. Missing out on an hour of money because customers are coming in and walking away. Needs to be better management for closing. Other than that it's a solid location

I Walked into this location today to enjoy a chipotle bowl I ordered my food and what I thought would be delicious meal ended up being a nightmare. The tables were filthy. When I asked for the tables to be wiped down. They were with a damp towel that smelled horrible. I proceeded to then wipe my table down myself and noticed right away when I started eating my food that there was a foul order coming from the sour cream that was placed on top of My lettuce I took a few bites and quickly disposed of my food, and I am sitting here in my home full blown food poisoning throwing up and everything else I would never eat at this establishment again I’ve never been to a chipotle that was so nasty and dirty. Come on chipotle do better. The floors were sticky, and I have to mention that the cook was absolutely disgusting as he was eating food directly from the grill with his hands. I will never eat here again 100% disgusting.

Extremely disappointed in our take out today. I ordered a sofrita bowl with veggies and the veggies were missing. The rice tasted like it had been sitting out a while. We ordered our daughter the kids cheese quesadilla and the cheese was missing & the tortillas were hard as rocks. We also asked for chicken and got brisket. Both my husbands bowl and mine were like half full. Very disappointed.

I've been to this location 4 times. Every time it's been a bad experience. Avoid this location at all costs.

Skimp quesadilla made with no love, used to order here a lot for quesadillas because they used to make it good and fill it up. Looks like someone beat the shit out of my quesadilla.

Please save your self time and money by choosing a different location. Staff are rude and never make the orders correctly. After the 5th time of giving this location a try, I will never return. This location is just as bad with the freshness of the food like the Washington Twp/Sewell location. Please just don’t go here! Your bowl will definitely be missing items, food will be COLD. I haven’t ate meat in YEARS and somehow I taste meat in my bowl…. Never accidentally ordered meat with the veggie bowl as an option. This location SUCKS.

I'm a big fan of chipotle but ever since this location opened, it's gone down hill. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller over time. For my order today, my drink was forgotten and I even found a piece of plastic in my food. Finally done with this location
