awful customer service. the service was so rude i literally left in tears. was judgmental towards my autistic sister for how she ordered her bowl. all of the older people working are judgmental and never have a smile on there faces. the younger kids working there are 10x better at there jobs then the full grown adult. manger useless and didn’t even apologize. manger was combative and nasty

Newer location, so everything, was clean and organized, food fresh and delicious. This location also has a drive through window, so you can order ahead and grab it at the window without ever leaving your car!

Go here if you want all the ingredients thrown into a bag so you can go home and piece it back together after cleaning up the mess. Quality is not a priority at this location and the other negative reviews about the employees are 100% true. Just stay away. Go to Panchero’s or any local spot before going here. The owner of this location will direct you to the corporate website if you have any issues, which is an absolute joke. No really, look at the owner’s response to reviews. What a joke of a business owner.

I am done with this location. The staff are terrible, the food is frequently incorrect. It's clear that there is a major lack of management. I placed an order last night for a 10pm pickup through the Chipotlane. I sat in the pick up line for approximately 30 mins in a line waiting for pickups. When I got to the window the employee took my name and looked very annoyed and wandered off mumbling under his breath. He never came back. I noticed there were no orders on the pick up shelf, yet there were 3 cars behind me. The entire time i sat waiting at the window there was an employee cleaning who did nothing to prioritize me as a customer. Another employee finally came back and asked for my name. He said Oh I just finished making that order. It was 10:30 at this point, my order was scheduled for 10pm pickup. When I made it home with my meal, the order was incorrect and I could not eat it. I have a wheat allergy and ordered the corn tortillas, my order was made with the wheat tortillas. Never going to this location again.

This is the 2nd time ordering steak from this location. When I had it a year ago I got very sick vomiting and diarrhea. It was the only thing I ate that day. This time I ordered it for a friend. It was the only thing my friend ate that day as well. My friend experienced the same problems. For some reason the steak is giving us food poisioning. 2 days later and my friend is still very ill. It only happens at this location. Such a waste of money. Never again. Buyers be wear do not order there steak ever. The manager needs to do something. This is insane.
