I normally like going to this chipotle because it’s 2 minutes from my house but lately the service has been HORRIBLE. The employees seem to always have an attitude. When I ask them for double portion (im paying for it) they act like they can’t give it to me like they’re the ones paying for it. I was creating multiple things at once (2 rice bowls and a kids meal) the lady put my lid on my bowl with ONLY rice and meat .. I told her I was not finished making my bowl and she got an attitude with me and started moving really slow. I asked her for sour cream .. no exaggeration this lady gave me a DROP of sour cream. I asked for peppers and onions she gave me 3 PEPPPERS YALL !!! I just laughed and kept it moving because I almost chewed tf out of her. Like excuse .. am I eating the food or are you? This experience was HORRIBLEThen to top it off they told me that had no more chicken for the night (this is right at dinner time! 6pm) so I had to pay extra money for steak ..I am going to take the extra drive for now on to a different chipotle because I really don’t like the attitudes of these employees. (It is ALWAYS the black girls)

The food was defintley not the most fresh, the Guac price has gotten insane and whenever I get Guac and Queso together they put very minimal which doesnt reslly seem worth a $6 add on. Its mostly a hit or miss at this

This is the most incompetent and disrespectful chipotle I have ever been to. Not only did they run out of certain things but the attitude of the staff was horrendous! Food was not warm and I was charged extra for something I did not order. IN FACT, I ordered double chicken and the lady at the register literally whispered to her coworker that I was being “greedy”. If you know chipotle they are very skimpy with their portions! Plus if I wanted to order triple chicken, I’ll do just that! Place is ran by a bunch of people who don’t know simple professionalism. Will not be returning and I will definitely tell anyone I know in this community to go to another neighborhood chipotle.

Ordered for pickup and Received stale chips, cold food, half empty queso side, and very small burrito like it barely had anything inside. Not worth what I paid for it. And I picked up the order at the scheduled time, so it wasn’t sitting on the shelf for it to be so cold.

Food was dry I think it was just the location. I know you are only allowed but so much free but I had to ask for more rice just to cover the bottom. I had so much avocado and sour cream. And the food wasn't hot at all for it to be just noon time. My advice is to get some adults on the shift and just not kids/teens. Did I mention I had to close my container up cause she just tossed it

Absolutely grossed out. Worker with big teeth (a manager i think) was chomping on some food with her mouth wide open Over the food they serve to people. Unable to finish my food and definitely not what they're trained to do. I don't want your mouth crumbs in my burrito.

My girlfriend was in line before me, saw what she ordered. Basic burrito single meat. My girl has social anxiety, so she was scared to question the number which was $18. Portions were 1/2 what they were the last time. We were annoyed but accepted the fact, then she grabbed her burrito and all the food fell out the bottom. Burrito with 1/2 the portion poorly wrapped. Pancheros for life. Chipotle needs to go outta business thanks Biden. God bless America

i don't show up to chipotle expecting a five-star dining experience so i normally wouldn't complain, but i've been having consistently terrible experiences at this location. they are ALWAYS out of multiple ingredients, lucky for me it usually ends up being all the toppings i normally get. if it was one time i would move on but it's frequent. the stuff they do have is usually underseasoned and/or undercooked (hard rice, bland chicken). i think there are just problems with staffing, training, and ordering at this location. the employees are usually nice but seem constantly overwhelmed. i gave it a few chances but i'm just gonna give up and drive to voorhees next time

We had Washington Township Chipotle do a catering order for 20 people. They did an awesome job. The order was ready when we arrived. They helped carry it to the car. The order was all correct and included everything we needed. The most important was it was delicious and everyone loved the food.
