KCK Catering & Events exceeded all expectations, providing exceptional service and delicious cuisine for a memorable wedding reception. Throughout the planning process, the team was attentive, responsive, and easy to work with, showcasing their professionalism and dedication to making the event perfect.
Despite the unpredictable weather, KCK adapted flawlessly, serving guests with a positive attitude throughout the entire night. The staff received numerous compliments, particularly on the filet mignon, grilled peach & arugula salad, chicken & waffle appetizers, and buffalo chicken meatballs.
KCK's ability to work around food allergies and preferences without any issues was highly praised by the couple and their guests. The mac and cheese bites, brisket, and pretzel bar were also highlighted as standout menu items.
The couple was especially grateful for the exceptional coordination and day-of services provided by Cassandra and her assistant Alice, who ensured a stress-free and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
