First off the cleanliness of this Restaurant. I felt like I was eating at home. Secondary our Server (Shannon) was polite and very attentive to our needs. Beginning with the warm and friendly greeting when you first arrive, dining at Carrabba’s in Green Brook is always a great experience. Whether it be lunch or dinner the food is delicious and tastes homemade. They’re always happy to accommodate any dietary changes. It’s my favorite Italian restaurant. Try it; you won’t be disappointed!

I am usually a fan of Carrabba’s in Green Brook, but today I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered the Shrimp & Scallop Linguini alla Vodka. Let me start by saying the customer service was fantastic. Service was prompt and friendly which has always been the case when I go to pick up my order. But the disappointment came when I got home, and started fixing plates for myself and my son and I noticed we only had scallops and no shrimp. After double checking the order, my receipt...
